About Plus2 Studio

Timing Is Everything

Plus2 Studio has rebound from the clutches of the deadly virus and is resurfacing anew, stronger and with added vigor.

Our new location is 389 Waller Avenue, Suite 220, Lexington. Close to Harrodsburg Road and St. Joseph Hospital and even closer to the University of Kentucky campus.

Reinventing the wheel is not our fortae, but reinventing our services and equipment is something we have and will continue to do.

One of our biggest focuses is on helping content creators produce and post their audio and video podcast. We are also continuing our creation of Internet TV Shows, with local hosts and a wide array of guests.

Most video podcast are around 25 to 30 minutes, so bring an additional shirt or change of clothes, so that you can change and create an entirely different show within your hourly session.

The best way to create a buzz about your show and to grow your audience is to be "CONSISTANT!"
Meaning whether you choose one day a week or three days a week, you will need to be consistent in coming to the studio and creating your show.

Our studio hours are as follows:

  • 10:00 AM - 10:00PM ... Monday through Saturday
  • Closed Sundays

Show Costs

What we charge for an hour of show time is comparatively low and in line with other studios. Your costs as the Host of your show is only $55 per hourly session for the main studio and $20 per hour for the self contained smaller studio.

Photographers, Videographers and Models can lease the main studio for $20 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

You can Book Your Show Online

Use the link above or in the menu to schedule your day and time.

A word of caution, please do not wear any green clothing. If we want to be in front of a virtual background, you will be sitting in front of a green screen cloth and any green color in your clothing will disappear in the video.

With a black curtain or a physical background, it will not matter.

Be Prepared

Know your topic. Prepare your guests by sending them your show notes and any questions you will ask. Take your time - slow down and have fun. When you come to the studio, we will help you in any way we can.
Pratice, and just know that no one gets this right the first, second or third time. Like anything else, you become proficient over time, and be it known, this is something that takes time to get right.
So do not be frustrated when you make mistakes. You can acknowledge them if you like, but keep moving forward.

We look forward to seeing you in the studio, creating your content and expressing yourself to a growing audience.
